Carl "Jack" Granere was born to parents Carl and Jean Granere on October 19th, 1936. He passed away on December 10th, 2025.

Jack married Carolyn Heiniger on August 7th, 1974 at the United Methodist Church in Fort Morgan, Colorado. They remained together until his passing.

Jack was a rancher for most of his young life, after which he worked as a janitor for Liberty School for nearly 10 years. He loved to tend to his yard, and was especially proud of his roses. Carl collected model cars, model tractors, and knives. He could often be found listening to country or western music.

Jack survived by his wife, Carolyn Granere, his daughter, Kimberly (David) O'Connor, his sisters Ann Rehkop and Joan Garver, his grand-children, Killian O'Connor and Ethan O'Connor, and his great grandchild, Ellie O'Connor. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Jean Granere, and his sister, Mary Rodwell.

He will be deeply missed.
