With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Charlotte Nicole McMillan, who left this world on February 10, 2026, at the age of 41.

Charlotte was born to Charles "Chuck" McMillan and Bonnie McMillan, who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her grandparent Dale Ipson and her maternal grandparents, Josiah Denzler and Shirley Denzler.

She is survived by her loving sister, Melissa McMillan; her cherished grandfather, Gordon Ipson; her four beloved daughters; and many cousins and relatives spread throughout Colorado, Texas, and Washington. She was a devoted and loving aunt to Neil and Kelly Buck, who held a very special place in her heart.

Charlotte attended Weld Central High School and worked many jobs throughout her life, most recently in the construction industry. She was hardworking, resilient, and never afraid to take on life's challenges.

She found peace and happiness in the outdoors — biking, camping, hiking, and spending time near rivers and creeks. Nature was where she felt most at home. Charlotte had a deep love for music, especially hip-hop, classic rock, and Christmas music, which always brought her joy.

Above all, Charlotte loved her family deeply. Her daughters were her greatest pride and the light of her life. She will be remembered for her strength, her laughter, and the love she gave so freely.

A service to celebrate Charlotte's life will be held for friends and family at a later date.

She will be deeply missed. Condolences may be addressed to the McMillan family. Butterflies may be worn or shared in her memory as a symbol of her spirit and everlasting love.

Charlotte will forever remain in our hearts.
