Eleuterio "Lute" Tovar Monsivais

Lute Monsivais, 68, passed away peacefully April 8, 2024 in Fort Morgan, Colorado surrounded by his family and friends.

He was born on February 20, 1956 in Palau, Coahuila, Mexico to Celestino Sr. and Gregoria Monsivais.

Lute had a passion for music, he was into hot rods and spending time with family and friends. He worked at a young age doing farming, he worked Construction, Heavy Equipment, Cargill, and Western Sugar.

Lute is survived by his mother Gregoria Monsivais. His Siblings Celestino Jr. (Leticia) Moncivais of Fort Morgan, Jose Monsivais (Joann) of Fort Morgan, Jovita (Jose) Rosalqes of Texas, Irma Monsivais (Gilbert)  of Brush, Jessie Monsivais of Brush.
His step-children Corey (Lori) Hererra of Fort Morgan, David Hererra of Denver, Prisila (David) Cajchun Tovar, Ana Martinez Tovar (Jorge),Jose Alfredo(Cristina) Martinez all of Texas. Godson Francisco Monsivais  of Fort Morgan. Various nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father Celestino Monsivais Sr., grandparents Jesus and Jovita Monsivais, Lusio and Epifania Tovar and niece Cecilia Rosales Monsivais.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Rowanoak Morturary & Crematory 231 Sherman Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.
