Isaac "Kilo" Lopez was born to parents Juan and Maria Lopez on March 13, 1998 in Denver, Colorado. Isaac passed away on February 7th,2026.
Isaac enjoyed living in Fort Morgan, CO for his entire life. He graduated from Fort Morgan High School in 2017. Isaac worked in Agriculture at Cargill, then later started working as a meat processor for Lamb Processing in Brush, Colorado.
Isaac was diagnosed with leukemia in 2019, he fought a long hard battle. He received stem cell transplants from his brother Juan and his sister Yvonne. Unfortunately the second transplant caused donor disease complications, causing blindness and lung failure. Isaac fought this horrible disease for 7+ years until he had no more strength to fight.
Even though Isaac did not have much strength he enjoyed being around family especially his mother who played the most important role in his life, she was his sidekick through the tough health battle he faced. He also enjoyed the love of his life Jackie Yanez, and spending many laughs with his nieces Penelope, Hollie, Rosalie and his nephew Ezra, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and childhood friends who turned into "brothers".
Despite the battle he was fighting he never gave up on his faith . Isaac enjoyed fishing, riding ATVs, loved a good barbecue, for both the food and to spend time with his family and many friends. Isaac liked to listen to Country music, Hip-Hop, and Mexican music.
Isaac is survived by his maternal grandfather, Luciano Campa and his paternal grandmother, Victoria Lopez, his parents, Juan and Maria Lopez,His brothers, Juan Lopez(Crystal) , Victor Lopez, Favian Lopez and Damian Lopez, his sister Yvonne Lopez Smith(Hollan), his girlfriend Jackie Yanez, and many more loving relatives and friends.
Isaac is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Adolfo Lopez, his maternal grandmother, Bertha Mota, along with his uncles, Johnnie Alvarez and Isabel Lopez.
