Obituary

Jack Johnson was born to parents Jack and Ellen Johnson on March 11th, 1952 in Michigan. He passed away on May 5th, 2024.

Jack attended high school at Highland Park Community High School in Michigan. He lived in Detroit, Michigan, and Reno, Nevada before settling in Fort Morgan, Colorado.

Jack married Deborah Price on May 1st, 1983, and celebrated 41 years of marriage together.

Jack worked as a maintenance man for most of his life, doing janitorial work. He was the head custodian at Fort Morgan High School and later worked at Walmart as a cashier and greeter.

Jack loved shooting and took the time to reload his own ammunition. He enjoyed puzzles as a pastime as well as watching hockey and baseball. His favorite teams were the Colorado Avalanche, the Detroit Red Wings, and the Colorado Rockies. Jack loved rock music and was a fan of both classic and modern rock. Some of his favorite artists included Metallica, Five Finger Death Punch, Kid Rock, ACDC, Metallica, and many more.

Jack is survived by his wife, Deborah, his sons, Jason Johnson and Kevin Johnson, his two sisters, Deb Noland and Sue Herin, and his grandchildren, Emma Johnson and Jacob Johnson.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Jack Johnson and Ellen Johnson, as well as his brother, Jimmy Johnson.
