Linda Kay Weimer was born to parents Woodrow and Nina Faye Mayfield on May 31st, 1953. Linda passed away on June 12th, 2025.

Linda married Robert Weimer on April 5th, 1975 in Fort Morgan, Colorado. They remained together until Linda's passing.

Born and raised in Fort Morgan, Linda began work as a janitor for the Fort Morgan School District for a period of time. She then started her own janitorial business, where she provided cleaning services for some of the banks in town and some office buildings. After Linda retired, she enjoyed spending hours in her flower gardens and tending to her indoor plants. She loved to go camping with her family and four-wheeling in the mountains along with her husband and two dogs, Harley and Sadie. Linda could often be found reading any chance she got, in addition to a variety of artistic pursuits such as sewing, painting ceramic resin decorations. Linda also enjoyed thrifting. She was a very creative and crafty person.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Nina Faye Mayfield, and her brothers, Gene Mayfield, Gary Mayfield, Jack Mayfield, and Tim Mayfield.

Linda is survived by her husband, Robert Weimer, her daughter, Dana (Erik) Sagel, her brother, Don (Ilene) Mayfield, her sister, Phyllis Mayfield, and her grandchildren, Kayley Sagel and Conner Sagel.
