Michelle Lee Edwards-Nichols was born March 30th, 1969 to her loving mother Kizzy Adams in Dayton, Ohio. Michelle passed away on September 17th, 2025.

Michelle got together with her husband Glenn Nichols in August of 2018, and they remained together until the time of her passing.

After growing up in Aurora, Colorado, Michelle spent time in Denver, Colorado before settling in Brush, Colorado in 2019. She attended the Community College of Denver where she received an Associates in general studies before attending Metropolitan State University of Denver where she received her Bachelor's in European History. Michelle had a real affinity for numbers, and spent the last 10 years as a tax preparer.

Michelle could often be found enjoying a great variety of hobbies. She loved to read, knitting, crochet, and bowling. She loved both the Marvel and DC universe, along with a handful of television shows. She loved to spend time with her family, especially playing card games or tabletop games like Dungeons and Dragons. Michelle particularly enjoyed when new additions to the family were around, taking great care to dote over babies and young ones. She was fond of music all the way from the 60s to the early 2000s, enjoying country, rock and pop music. She also found great joy in her favorite animal, the elephant.

Michelle is preceded in death by her mother, Kizzy Lee Edwards and her Uncle Apples.

Michelle is survived by her husband, Glenn Nichols, her sons, Kai Daniel Blaes, Dylan Jacob Blaes and Nathan Blaes, her daughters, Amber Lynn Blaes, Cassandra Nicole Ault, and Fallon Meshell (Wyatt) Ellison-Underwood, her grandchildren, Freya Jayme-Sue Ellison, Everleigh Jae-Dee Ellison, Brynleigh Fae-Rose Ellison and Novalynn Erika-Ann Ellison.
