Wesley Joe Erickson, age 41, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024 after a long battle with depression. Wesley was born in Fort Morgan, Colorado, on January 23rd, 1983 to parents Paul and Joy Erickson. Wesley graduated from Fort Morgan High School in 2001 and was a part of the High School Band, the FBLA, and the 1999 Championship Football Team.

After graduation, Wesley began working at Dairy Queen, Edwards Right Price Market, and Cargill, where he was employed at the time of his passing. Wesley enjoyed writing poetry, lacrosse, softball, and spending time with his daughter Caydence in addition to playing online and board games with his friends.

Wesley is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Glenn and Earlene Erickson, and maternal grandparents, Alva and Janie (Jodie) Wiley.

Wesley is survived by his parents, Paul and Joy Erickson, daughter Caydence Trimble, Brother Doug (Steph) Erickson, Sister Jean (Kevin) Rodcay, four nieces (Maddi, Riley, Angelina, Macey), five nephews (Alex, Dylan, Milo, Braxton, Parker) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
